  1. Joan Mir will not participate in the forthcoming Grand Prix of Great Britain which will take place this Sunday, August 25, at the Silverstone circuit. The Spanish rider suffered an accident at the last test in Brno which forced him to miss the Austrian GP and have a two-week long period of convalescence.
  2. The JGRMX/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing Team traveled just outside of Washington D.C. to the famed Budds Creek circuit in Mechanicsville, Maryland at the weekend for the penultimate round of the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship where Alex Martin led the charge on his Suzuki RM-Z250, scoring a podium finish in the second moto.
  3. At the eighth round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Cadwell Park in the UK, Buildbase Suzuki's Richard Cooper extended his National Superstock 1000 Championship lead, qualifying on pole aboard his GSX-R1000R before leading today's race from start to finish to take victory.
  4. The third weekend of August sees British Superbike and Superstock 1000 on track at Cadwell Park in the UK for Round 8 of the series, along with the penultimate 11th round of AMA Supercross in America.
  5. Buildbase Suzuki heads to Cadwell Park this weekend for the eighth round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, with Richard Cooper looking to return to winning ways in the National Superstock 1000 Championship, while Bradley Ray and Luke Stapleford are aiming to build on the progress made with the setup of their GSX-R1000R Superbikes in recent rounds and come away with improved results.
